Entrepreneurial energy, live entertainment and community-focused events 
will bring a vibrant month to southwest Las Vegas.

 

UnCommons in southwest Las Vegas will host a monthlong lineup of events this September, including Startup Week Las Vegas at The Assembly by Kiln, the debut of General Admission’s fall menu, weekly live music at Wineaux and signature community gatherings, including Market in the Alley, Latin Night at Siempre J.B. and Paddock Reserved Auto Oasis.

The complete schedule of September events at UnCommons is as follows:

Available Throughout September

  • New Fall Menu at General Admission
    • General Admission has unveiled a lineup of new fall-inspired dishes that bring fresh flavor to its game-day favorites. Highlights include lettuce wraps, steak and lobster, poke nachos, spinach and artichoke dip and a steak sandwich. Crafted with bold flavors and high-quality ingredients, the new offerings add even more variety to General Admission’s elevated sports bar experience.
  • The Wineaux Club
    • Wineaux’s signature wine club, The Wineaux Club, will take members on a tasteful adventure with two subscription options, each featuring new discoveries and a prestigious selection. Those who are interested in learning more about club tiers and special tasting events can sign up on Wineaux’s website.

 

Upcoming Events

  • Unwind: 6 to 7 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, 10, 17 and 24
    • Held on the rooftop of Parking Structure 3, Unwind will return for another month of wellness with this series guided by Yoga for Life, a local organization dedicated to making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities. At UnCommons, their instructors will lead sunrise sessions alongside live DJ sets and scenic rooftop views, with pop-ups from tenants such as Blue Bottle Coffee. The complimentary classes are open to guests 18 and older and attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat, towel and water. Advance registration is recommended as spots tend to fill quickly.
  • Wineaux Wine Tasting: Wednesday, Sept. 3
    • At 6 p.m., Wineaux will host a tasting featuring wines from George Wine Co., one of California’s most coveted micro-production wineries. The tasting, hosted by Advanced Sommelier Cindy Woodman, will include three 3-ounce pours, a guided Sonoma single vineyard terroir exploration and California-inspired light bites. The tasting will be priced at $47 per person, and reservations can be made here.
  • Market in the Alley: Saturday, Sept. 6
    • UnCommons will host more than 40 local vendors at its monthly Market in the Alley, from 6 to 10 p.m. in The Quad. Visitors can explore unique art, clothing, jewelry, delicious treats and more from local creators and small businesses. It’s a great opportunity for attendees to find heartfelt gifts for loved ones or special treats for themselves.
  • Muzzarella Slice House at AMARI: Saturday, Sept. 6, and Sunday, Sept. 7
    • AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop is debuting Muzzarella Slice House, a playful new pop-up bringing slice shop favorites to UnCommons. Launching with counter-service dining from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6, and Sunday, Sept. 7, followed by takeout and delivery beginning Tuesday, Sept. 9, the limited-time concept will transform AMARI with T-shirt-clad staff, lively music and pizza served quick and casual.
  • Latin Night at Siempre J.B.: Friday, Sept. 12
    • Siempre J.B. will host its Latin Night series starting at 11 p.m. on the second Friday of each month. Guests will groove to live DJ sets, sip on signature cocktails and indulge in delicious bites, all while immersing themselves in a vibrant atmosphere filled with Latin-inspired energy.   • Startup Week Las Vegas: Wednesday, Sept. 17 through Saturday, Sept. 20
    • StartUpNV will present Startup Week Las Vegas, a multi-day celebration of entrepreneurship themed “What Happens Here, Scales Here.” Featuring panels, workshops and networking across three tracks, Startup Capital, CommUnity and Innovation, the event will take place primarily at The Assembly by Kiln at UnCommons and downtown Las Vegas. Highlights include a virtual keynote from Techstars co-founder Brad Feld, a Startup Discovery Crawl, Ignite Talks Las Vegas and sessions exploring topics from artificial intelligence to venture capital. All sessions and gatherings are free to attend, but registration is required and is available here.
  • Paddock Reserved Auto Oasis: Friday, Sept. 26
    • From 6 to 9 p.m. on the last Friday of each month, Paddock Auto Club will host Paddock Reserved Auto Oasis, an elevated automotive and social experience at UnCommons where car culture meets community connection. Locals, creatives and car enthusiasts are invited to explore a premium outdoor showcase featuring timeless classics and modern marvels, while enjoying bites and drinks from UnCommons’ restaurants, curated music and an atmosphere designed to bring car lovers and casual fans together.

Weekly Events

  • Wineaux Live Music Tuesdays
    • From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. every Tuesday, Wineaux will set the stage for soulful evenings featuring local soul singer and contestant on season 27 of “The Voice” Jessica Manalo. Guests can unwind with her smooth vocals and relaxed energy while enjoying the perfect pour.
  • Taco-Taco Club at General Admission
    • General Admission will offer taco lovers and sports fans alike buy-one-get-one-free tacos, along with a lineup of specialty cocktails and a live DJ spinning Latin tunes at 6 p.m. each Tuesday.
  • Taco Tuesday at Siempre J.B.
    • From 3 to 7 p.m. each Tuesday, Siempre J.B. will offer $5 tacos, with choices including chicken tinga, avocado, carnitas, crispy fish, shrimp and carne asada.
  • Ladies Night at Siempre J.B.
    • From 5 to 11 p.m. each Wednesday, Siempre J.B. will turn up the heat with Ladies Night, offering half-off specialty cocktails and select drinks, along with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for groups of four or more ladies upon entry.
  • Trivia Wednesdays at General Admission
    • From 7 to 9 p.m. each Wednesday, guests can put their knowledge to the test at  General Admission’s trivia night. With free entry and exciting prizes up for grabs, it’s the perfect midweek challenge for trivia buffs and casual players alike.
  • All’Antico Vinaio Apericena Experience
    • From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Thursday, All’Antico Vinaio will bring a taste of Tuscany to Las Vegas with a hands-on schiacciata bread-making class. Guests will be welcomed with a refreshing spritz before learning to craft the famous bread. While skilled chefs bake each creation, attendees will sip on red or white wine, enjoy a curated Italian meat and cheese board and taste All’Antico Vinaio’s signature sandwiches. Each guest will leave with a freshly baked schiacciata to take home. Guests must be 21+ and reservations can be made here.
  • Farmers Market Sundays at UnCommons
    • The Las Vegas Farmers Market takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Sunday, offering fresh seasonal produce, handcrafted gifts, fresh-baked goods, locally made sauces and more from local vendors. This weekly event provides visitors with an opportunity to support local farmers and artisans while enjoying a vibrant, community-focused experience.
