Known for crafting extraordinary hospitality experiences, 81/82 Group has introduced refreshed cocktail menus at its trio of venues at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas: Juliet Cocktail Room, Electra Cocktail Club and Rosina Cocktail Lounge. These menu updates are designed to keep each space fresh and inviting, offering returning guests something new and exciting while maintaining the signature flair each venue is known for.
The new menus are curated by Chris Zadie, 81/82 Group’s vice president of food and beverage. A seasoned industry leader with more than 19 years of experience, Zadie has helped some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants and lounges earn Michelin stars, Forbes Five-Star ratings and prestigious accolades from Wine Spectator and AAA. In his role with 81/82 Group, Zadie brings a high level of precision, creativity and guest-centric design to each cocktail list.
“Each of these venues has a very distinct personality, so our goal was to craft menus that reflect their individuality while pushing boundaries,” Zadie said. “We wanted to keep things fresh and unexpected, not just for first-time guests, but also to give our loyal regulars something new to discover.”

At Rosina Cocktail Lounge, the mixology program is built on both craftsmanship and personalization. While the menu features a curated selection of beloved classics made with high-end spirits and champagne, the bar also showcases a collection of original cocktails, each with a unique, eye-catching presentation, including:
- Ember Elixer ($25) made with La Marca prosecco, peach liqueur, Ford’s gin, St. Germain elderflower and lemon
- Cafe Nocturne ($25) made with Basil Hayden Bourbon, sweet vermouth, Select Apertivo, fresh espresso and chocolate bitters
- Trip to Wonderland ($24) made with Don Fulano reposado tequila, Grand Mariner, pineapple, agave, Cointreau and ancho reyes
- Pretty ‘n Pink ($23) made with Aspen vodka, strawberry, creme de cacao and cotton candy
From bold, smoky pours to elegantly layered creations with vibrant garnishes, every cocktail is designed to be as visually stunning as it is delicious. Rosina has also added a new Smoked Old Fashioned Cart that elevates the cocktail experience even further, allowing guest to craft their perfect pour with premium spirits, unique bitters, a selection of sweeteners, citrus accents and a symphony of smoked woods.

Across the casino floor, Electra Cocktail Club continues to lead the way in high-energy nightlife with a refreshed menu that captures its bold, modern edge. Known for its 40-foot digital screens by day and booming DJ sets by night, Electra now offers more of a classic cocktail selection for $25 each, including:
- Old Fashioned made with Maker’s Mark bourbon, brown sugar, bitters and orange
- Espresso Martini made with Skyy espresso vodka or Celaya reposado tequila, Mr. Black espresso liqueur and fresh espresso
- Carajillo made with Licor 43, fresh espresso and cinnamon
- French 75 made with Hennessy VS, Veuve Clicquot brut, lemon and orange bitters
These new creations mirror the venue’s dual identity as both a sports-viewing destination and a nightlife hotspot, serving up sophistication with a twist of fun.

Meanwhile, Juliet Cocktail Room offers a darker, more romantic escape where Victorian-inspired decor meets the magic of live music. The new cocktail menu embraces its promise to combine glamour, sophistication and captivating live music with exceptional cocktails by updating some fan favorites, such as the Oak and Orange ($24) and the Fields of Norway ($25), while adding some new choices, including:
- Nice Pear ($25) made with Belle de Brillet pear liqueur, Knob Creek bourbon, maple syrup, fresh pear juice, Earl Grey tea and egg white
- Chai’d and True ($25) made with Hendry’s vodka, Mr. Black coffee liqueur, chai latte mix and cream
Juliet has also updated its selection of $18 signature shots with the Pepino Malo made with Flecha Azul tequila, Gran Malo spicy tamarindo, agave spirit and watermelon; and the Eve’s Apple made with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee apple, cinnamon, fresh apple and caramel.
Much like the rare Juliet rose that inspired the concept, each cocktail is both beautiful and bold, perfectly suited for sipping while enjoying everything from a Biggie cover to a Madonna ballad in the sultry lounge.
With these updates, 81/82 Group reaffirms its commitment to offering innovative, high-quality cocktail experiences that evolve with the tastes of its guests.
