From Father’s Day to Restaurant Week, Scotch 80 Sizzles This June with Elevated Steakhouse Experiences

 

 

This June, Scotch 80 Prime at Palms Casino Resort is igniting steakhouse season with a month-long celebration of bold culinary experiences, exclusive menus, and the official launch of a brand-new Four-Course dining twilight ritual.

 

In honor of National Steakhouse Month, guests are invited to indulge in three unique experiences that highlight the flavor-forward identity of Scotch 80, led by Executive Chef Marty Lopez:

 

Restaurant Week at Scotch 80: June 3–20

 

Scotch 80 joins Las Vegas Restaurant Week with a prix-fixe, four-course dinner to showcase Chef Marty’s Asian-influenced take on the modern steakhouse. Guests will choose from starters like Iberico Lumpia and Shrimp Toast, entrees including 8 oz. Filet Mignon or U3 Prawn Scampi over squid ink spaghetti, and signature desserts like Butterscotch Crème Brûlée. A portion of the proceeds benefits Three Square Food Bank. Father’s Day Weekend Features: June 13–15

 

Treat dad to the ultimate steakhouse experience with a special Father’s Day menu available for two nights only. Highlights include the indulgent Tomahawk for Two, Scotch 80 Lobster Mac & Cheese, and a decadent Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Tart. It’s everything Dad wants—elevated.

 

Elevate Dad’s weekend with two showstopping features:

 

  • Whiskey-Aged Prime Delmonico (22 oz.) served with Lyonnaise potatoes, baby corn succotash, and bourbon beef jus

Launch of Prime Time: Dine & Wine: Begins June 23, 2025

 

Every evening beginning on Monday, June 23, 2025, from 7–10 PM, diners will be welcomed into the Prime Time: Dine & Wine —a new, curated four-course/pre-fixe experience designed for those who crave bold flavors and later-evening ambiance. Available nightly from 7–10 PM this summer, the limited-time four-course menu will also feature 30% off select bottles of wine and is your invitation to something a little more exclusive.
