“Doberman Till Dusk” Cocktail Hour Brings Early Evening Elegance to the Arts District

 Doberman Drawing Room, the cocktail-driven concept from Corner Bar Management, has introduced Doberman Till Dusk, a new early-evening experience available from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.

Doberman Till Dusk showcases six signature creations, each priced at $15, inviting guests to unwind with bold flavors and elegant service in the heart of the Las Vegas Arts District.  Featured cocktails include the Coyote, a vibrant mix of reposado tequila, rhum, lime, pineapple and chipotle; the Bellevue, made with gin, dry vermouth, lemon, raspberry, egg whites and Peychaud’s bitters; the Gilded Age, a sultry blend of rye whiskey, chinato vermouth, crème de cacao blanc and lemon; the Vesper Jubilee, an effervescent twist on a classic with gin, vodka, Kina vermouth, Champagne and lemon olive oil; the Cardinal Sin layering Scotch whisky, amaretto, herbal liqueur, orange bitters and saline; and for tropical depth, the Jamaican Potcake features Jamaican rum, PX sherry, falernum, acid and Peychaud’s bitters.

Doberman’s full cocktail and bar bites menus are also available throughout the evening, including the Tom Kha Fizz, made with gin, tom yum spices, coconut and bird’s eye chili; and shareable plates like Berber-spiced chicharrón and maple-candied pecans, and the eye-catching Charcuterie Library for Two, a dramatic centerpiece served inside a hollowed vintage book set ablaze, revealing a curated spread of artisan meats, cheeses, house-made preserves and fresh fruits hidden within.
