Southwest Las Vegas favorite to honor anniversary on
Friday, Aug. 1, with $2 bites, cocktails and more
AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, located at UnCommons in Southwest Las Vegas, will celebrate its second anniversary on Friday, Aug. 1, with a lineup of $2 bites and drinks, plus additional specials, all available during happy hour and reverse happy hour. Select offerings will continue through Friday, Aug. 8.
On Friday, Aug. 1, AMARI will offer a $2 anniversary menu available during happy hour from 3 to 5:30 p.m. and reverse happy hour from 9 p.m. to close. Featured bites will include housemade meatballs; shrimp scampi; squash blossoms; side spaghetti with a choice of marinara or pesto; truffle fries; cheese pizza slices; and lemon poppyseed cake. Guests can also enjoy select $2 beverages, including the Hibiscus Heaven mocktail with pineapple and mint, Peroni and Peroni 0.0.
Additional specials will include a full-size cheese pizza for $15, a featured cocktail and spritz priced at $6 each, and a pairing of Caesar salad and truffle fries served with prosecco, available for $25 with a glass or $39 with a bottle. Select anniversary offerings will remain available from 3 to 5:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close through Friday, Aug. 8.
Since opening in 2023, AMARI has been embraced as a neighborhood favorite. In just two years, the restaurant has earned accolades including Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence in both 2024 and 2025, as well as a place among the Las Vegas Review-Journal’s Top 100 Restaurants. Its vibrant setting, expressive wine list and ingredient-forward menus have laid the foundation for continued growth, with two additional locations now in development.

AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, located at 6825 Tom Rodriguez St. Ste. 100, off I-215 and Durango Drive, serves reimagined Italian-American cuisine at UnCommons, a dynamic urban campus in the bustling Southwest Las Vegas district.
