Mackenzie Sol to Headline Limited-Time Residency at Easy’s Cocktail Lounge

Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, Clique Hospitality’s intimate emerald speakeasy at the ARIA Resort & Casino, welcomes back actor and powerhouse singer Mackenzie Sol, for a new residency every Wednesday starting Wednesday, July 2. Easy’s opens at 8 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made here.

Alongside Sol’s soulful performances, the speakeasy offers a setlist of award-winning cocktails, including the Tay-Tini, a unique twist take on a classic Cosmopolitan made with Citron Grey Goose, Peach Schnapps, lemon juice and cranberry, garnished with edible flowers and priced at $27. Guests can go over-the-top with the Heart of the Ocean, a signature “Show Stopper” libation made with Casamigos Blanco, orgeat syrup, lime, blueberry spirulina and “ocean air,” a house-made emulsion of black sea salt and egg whites, served in a glass seashell and with a micro “dock” on a bed of dry ice, sand, seashells and decorative flower petals, priced at $50.
