Baja Miguel’s located inside South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa will celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a special menu from May 5 – 7. From 4—10 p.m., guests can enjoy a three-course meal for $24.95 which includes a glass of wine or house margarita for those 21+.
The Mexican eatery will feature guest favorites such as the Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes, Spicy Shrimp and Watermelon Cocktail, Crispy Fish Tacos, Carnitas El Pastor Tacos, traditional Chocolate Flan and more. The regular menu will also be available. The special Cinco de Mayo menu can be found here.
