Embark on a culinary journey through Italy this Easter Sunday with Basilico Ristorante Italiano’s delectable four-course feast.
Basilico Ristorante Italiano, renowned for its authentic, modern Italian cuisine, is thrilled to announce its exclusive Easter Special Menu, “Easter Around Italy,” to be served on Sunday, March 31, with special hours of 12 to 8 p.m., allowing newcomers and regulars to dine for lunch or dinner.
Curated by Chef Francesco Di Caudo, the “Easter Around Italy” menu offers a delectable selection of dishes that showcase the diversity and richness of Italian cuisine. Each course is thoughtfully designed to offer a taste of different areas, with each dish named after a different region in Italy, providing diners with an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
Priced at $65 per person, the culinary journey begins with the first course, featuring iconic dishes from Sicily, Lazio, and Veneto. Guests can savor the flavors of Sicily with Eggplant Parmigiana, indulge in the creamy goodness of Crochetta Cacio e Pepe from Lazio, and delight in the delicate balance of Olive Oil Whip Salted Cod with Fried Polenta and Capers Battuto from Veneto.
For the second course, patrons will be treated to the culinary delights of Campania, Emilia Romagna, and Liguria. Highlights include Paccheri with Pomodoro and Smoked Scamorza Cheese from Campania, Green Lasagna with Bolognese and Bechamel from Emilia Romagna, and Potato Gnocchi with Haricot Vert and Basil Pesto from Liguria.
The journey continues with the third course, featuring a succulent Seared Lamb Chop with Juniper Berry Sauce and Potato inspired by the flavors of Sardegna.
To conclude the meal on a sweet note, guests will indulge in the fourth course, featuring the decadent Piedmont dessert of Chocolate Bonet & Mix Cookies.
Please note that reservations are highly recommended for the holiday and the “Easter Around Italy” special menu is an entire table participation menu, no substitutions.
