Central Bar Upgrades New Big-Screen Sports Experience
Blue Ribbon American Grill & Oyster Bar, the celebrated concept from chefs Eric and Bruce Bromberg, at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has unveiled an enhanced menu of American classics alongside a premier sports viewing experience at the restaurant’s central bar.
Known for its elevated American fare, fresh seafood, and one of the top oyster bars in the country, Blue Ribbon now offers an updated selection of indulgent dishes inspired by the Bromberg’s coast-to-coast culinary adventures. In addition to Blue Ribbon’s world-famous Fried Chicken, and a selection of top steak cuts, menu highlights include:
- Crab-Stuffed Sea Bass, with shrimp, scallop, crab and butter sauce
- Prime Rib of Beef, served au jus
- Wagyu Beef Ox Burger, topped with oxtail marmalade and a sunny side up egg
- Baked Lobster, with garlic butter and breadcrumbs
- Cheese Fondue, served with breadsticks, potato skin, bacon bits, apple & bread
Guests also can request the secret menu item – Blue Ribbon’s special Fried Oyster Deviled Eggs with jalapenos and spicy mustard.
Whether unwinding with a burger and a local beer in front of the new 77-inch TV at the central bar or savoring a seafood tower and caviar in the main dining room, Blue Ribbon’s new food and viewing options cater to every palate and occasion.
