Clique Hospitality invites guests to enjoy a vibrant lineup of July events at Borracha Mexican Cantina and Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino. From 4th of July to National Tequila Day and all the brunch parties and weekly events in between, July will be filled with reasons to grab some friends or family and celebrate.

Monday through Thursday: 4 – 10 p.m.

Saturday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Bringing flavorful Mexican cuisine and cocktails together at Green Valley Ranch, Borracha Mexican Cantina presents a Dia de los Muertos-inspired setting for a menu of flavorful Baja and traditional Mexican cuisine. The menu is highlighted by an array of oversized burritos, including an overstuffed carne asada burrito; classic Mexican plates, including slow-roasted pork carnitas; and a variety of traditional tacos, fajitas, bowls and more. • Happy Hour: Monday through Friday, 4 – 6 p.m.
  • Borracha spices up the week with $8 bites, including carne asada sliders, chicken nachos, empanadas, street tacos made with guests’ choice of achiote chicken or carne asada steak. $9 drink specials including house margaritas, house wine and well cocktails.
• Tacos & Tequila Tuesdays:
  • Every Tuesday night at Borracha brings the fiesta with an all-you-can-eat feast, priced at $32. Guests can savor unlimited tacos, tequila and margaritas, all within Borracha’s festive, Día de los Muertos-inspired cantina.
• Más Vida Fridays:
  • Every Friday, Borracha heats up the weekend with half-off select appetizers, such as bubbling cheese fundido, dynamite shrimp tacos and beef empanadas, along with $7 house drinks and shots. A live DJ will keep the party going with upbeat music, offering an exciting way to celebrate the end of the week.
• Saturday and Sunday Bottomless Brunch: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Every Saturday and Sunday, guests can sip their way through $25 bottomless mimosas and micheladas while enjoying a Mexican-inspired brunch menu.

Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca

• 4th of July: Friday, July 4
  • This Fourth of July, guests can celebrate in style at Bottiglia with the specialty bourbon peach iced tea, made with Wild Turkey Bourbon, peach schnapps, iced tea and simple syrup, priced at $18. With live music setting the tone on the charming patio from 7 to 10 p.m., Bottiglia offers a laid-back spot to celebrate the holiday before or after the 9 p.m. fireworks show at Green Valley Ranch Resort.
• Fill the Bus Back to School Drive: Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20
  • Bottiglia is proud to announce its participation in the 13th annual School Supply Drive for Communities In Schools of Southern Nevada, known as the “Fill the Bus” initiative. Throughout the weekend, Bottiglia will offer complimentary kids’ meals for guests 12 and under, and the restaurant will donate $10 for every child who dines. Young guests can enjoy favorites like spaghetti, mac and cheese, chicken tenders or a cheeseburger, while families are encouraged to bring school supply donations to drop in Bottiglia’s collection box, helping local students gear up for the year ahead.

  • Guests can savor food specials including shareable favorites like mozzarella & tomato caprese, zucchini chips, meatballs and pizzettes, each priced at $8, along with specialty cocktails and wines from Bottiglia’s expansive collection, available for $9.
• Date Night Mondays:
  • Every Monday, Bottiglia sets the scene for a charming date night with a three-course prix fixe dinner for two, featuring an appetizer, two entrées and a dessert, priced at $65. • Oyster Tuesdays:
  • Tuesdays are for seafood lovers at Bottiglia, where fresh oysters are just $1.50 each all night long. Guests can pair their picks with a glass of wine from Bottiglia’s hand-selected list for a refreshing midweek indulgence.
• Vine & Dine Thursdays:
  • Every Thursday, guests can raise a glass to 50% off bottles of red and white wines. Wine lovers can find their favorite pour from Bottiglia’s curated collection for an early toast to the weekend.
• Caymus Vino Thursdays: Thursday, July 3
  • A new summer spin on Vine & Dine Thursdays in partnership with Caymus Vineyards, this seasonal series invites guests to begin their evening with a complimentary glass of either Caymus California Cabernet Sauvignon or Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay, available on the first Thursday of June, July and August.
• Live Music Fridays: starting at 6 p.m.
  • Every Friday, guests can enjoy Bottiglia’s Tuscan-inspired dishes, fine wines and specialty cocktails while enjoying live music by local artists.
• Saturday and Sunday Brunch: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • On Saturday and Sunday, Bottiglia’s bountiful brunch menu showcases upscale Italian-inspired fare. Guests can indulge in favorites such as avocado toast with rustic bread, basil pesto and heirloom tomatoes; or prosciutto eggs benedict with poached eggs, English muffin and hollandaise. To elevate the experience, $25 bottomless mimosas and Aperol spritzes are also available.
• Saturday Brunch Club: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • On Saturdays, Bottiglia turns up the weekend vibes with its exclusive Brunch Club, featuring a specialty Saturday Brunch menu, a live DJ, pop-ups from local small businesses and shareable cocktail trees filled with Belvedere vodka espresso martinis or The Beach Rosé by Whispering Angel cocktails.

• Saturday Girl Brunch: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
  • As part of the Saturday Brunch Club, Bottiglia has also introduced Girl Brunch for groups of four or more gal pals. Priced at $40 per person, it includes bottomless mimosas or Aperol spritzes, along with caesar salad, avocado toast, a caramel sticky bun and a choice of rigatoni alla vodka or mushroom truffle tagliatelle. • Senior Sunday: 4 – 7 p.m.
