Clique Hospitality welcomes guests to enjoy a lively lineup of June events at Borracha Mexican Cantina and Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino. From Restaurant Week to Father’s Day and all the basketball playoffs and weekly events in between, June will be filled with reasons to celebrate.

Bringing flavorful Mexican cuisine and cocktails together at Green Valley Ranch, Borracha Mexican Cantina presents a Dia de los Muertos-inspired setting for a menu of flavorful Baja and traditional Mexican cuisine. The menu is highlighted by an array of oversized burritos, including an overstuffed carne asada burrito; classic Mexican plates, including slow-roasted pork carnitas; and a variety of traditional tacos, fajitas, bowls and more. - From Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 13, Borracha will participate in Las Vegas Restaurant Week, a valley-wide culinary event benefiting Three Square Food Bank. For $40, guests can enjoy a special three-course menu, with a portion of proceeds helping to fight food insecurity in Southern Nevada. Borracha’s Restaurant Week menu includes:
- Choice of Starter:
- Chicken taquitos topped with a poblano cream sauce, sour cream, guacamole, cotija cheese and cherry tomato pico de gallo.
- Tostada salad made with romaine lettuce served in a crispy tortilla bowl with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and avocado, tossed in a cilantro lime vinaigrette.
- Choice of Entrée:
- Marinated mahi mahi tacos featuring grilled mahi, shredded cabbage, sweet and sour aioli, pico de gallo and sliced avocado
- Fajitas made with either marinated skirt steak or chicken, bell peppers and onions sautéed in chile butter and served with a side of fresh lime, a choice of flour or corn tortillas and Mexican red rice and beans.

- Borracha will celebrate Father’s Day with bold, flavorful specials fit for a fiesta. Available exclusively on Sunday, June 15, the menu will feature shrimp empanadas with avocado purée and lemon cream, priced at $15; Bisteca Encebollado, a New York steak topped with slow-roasted cherry tomatoes and chimichurri, served with rice and priced at $38; and a refreshing mango sorbet with chamoy and strawberry, priced at $12.

- Happy Hour: Monday through Friday, 4 – 6 p.m.
- Borracha spices up the week with $8 bites, including carne asada sliders, chicken nachos, empanadas, street tacos made with guests’ choice of achiote chicken or carne asada steak. $9 drink specials including house margaritas, house wine and well cocktails.
- Tacos & Tequila Tuesdays:
- Every Tuesday night at Borracha brings the fiesta with an all-you-can-eat feast, priced at $32. Guests can savor unlimited tacos, tequila and margaritas, all within Borracha’s festive, Día de los Muertos-inspired cantina.
- Más Vida Fridays:
- Every Friday, Borracha heats up the weekend with half-off select appetizers, such as bubbling cheese fundido, dynamite shrimp tacos and beef empanadas, along with $7 house drinks and shots. A live DJ will keep the party going with upbeat music, offering an exciting way to celebrate the end of the week.
- Saturday and Sunday Bottomless Brunch: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Every Saturday and Sunday, guests can sip their way through $25 bottomless mimosas and micheladas while enjoying a Mexican-inspired brunch menu.

- A new summer spin on Vine & Dine Thursdays in partnership with Caymus Vineyards, this seasonal series invites guests to begin their evening with a complimentary glass of either Caymus California Cabernet Sauvignon or Mer Soleil Reserve Chardonnay, available on the first Thursday of June, July and August.
- Live Music Fridays: starting at 6 p.m.
