Immersive Pasta-Making Workshop

Guests will learn to craft fresh pasta from scratch, enjoy a
chef-prepared lunch with wine pairings and take home a special gift.
Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, the charming Italian restaurant nestled inside Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino in Henderson, is inviting guests to roll up their sleeves and dive into the art of pasta-making during a special culinary experience at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17. Led by Executive Chef Michael Gucfa, the hands-on class will guide participants through time-honored techniques for mixing, kneading and shaping fresh pasta from scratch in an interactive, chef-guided setting. Priced at $75 per person, the experience will include a thoughtfully prepared lunch featuring their handmade creations, complemented by expertly paired wines. Each guest will also receive a specialty gift bag to take home.
