Calling all cowboys! Local sports hot spots, Tailgate Social Sports Bar & Grill at Palace Station Hotel & Casino and The Still at The Mirage Hotel & Casino, will welcome all National Finals Rodeo visitors with a specialty cocktail, available exclusively from Friday, Dec. 1 through Saturday, Dec. 16.
Rodeo goers will be able to enjoy the Cowboy Ol’ Fashioned at both restaurants, which is made with Bulleit Bourbon, maple syrup and orange bitters, priced at $16 at Tailgate Social and $18 at The Still.
A lively sports bar and grill offering a vast beer list and game day cocktails, Tailgate Social is the premier place to catch all of the National Finals Rodeo events with its 30 HDTVs positioned throughout the venue for prime viewing from every seat. Signature menu items include BBQ ribs, cherrywood smoked and served with creamy coleslaw and crispy french fries, priced at $36; the prime rib French dip, stacked with thinly sliced prime rib, white cheddar cheese, a house-made horseradish cream, all on a warm toasted pretzel roll and served with a side of au jus for dipping, priced at $17; and the New York strip steak, served with a roasted balsamic butter and crispy french fries, priced at $29.
At The Still, rodeo fans will find a menu featuring more than 50 craft beers and upscale bar food, all of which can be enjoyed while watching the National Finals Rodeo events on its 27 HDTVs situated throughout the restaurant. Signature dishes include the filet mignon skewers, which are paired with a house made A1 butter, priced at $32; crispy style chicken wings with the guest’s choice of sauce, priced starting at $22; and the steak street tacos, filled with marinated carne asada, Mexican slaw and arbol salsa, served with a side of chips and salsa, priced at $25.
