Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, is raising a glass to the arrival of warm weather with three new seasonal cocktails –  The Lavender Lemon Drop, Margarita Primavera and Peach Mule –  available now.

Known for its bold flavors and jaw-dropping patio views, Cabo Wabo is shaking things up with three seasonal twists on classic cocktails. The Lavender Lemon Drop combines Golden Eagle vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and lavender bitters for a refreshing sip, priced at $17; the Margarita Primavera mixes Dos Caras blanco tequila, thyme syrup, hibiscus, rhubarb liqueur and fresh lime juice for a vibrant, herb-infused twist on the margarita, priced at $18; and the Peach Mule brings together Golden Eagle vodka, Giffard Crème de Pêche de vigne, lime and ginger beer for a crisp kick, priced at $17.

To complement the new cocktails, guests can enjoy Cabo Wabo’s signature dishes, including Sammy’s Tequila Shrimp made with Baja shrimp, garlic, cilantro, Cabo Wabo tequila-lime sauce, arbol chilis and served with Mexican dirty rice; and Baja-style fish tacos, flour tortillas filled with beer battered cod shredded lettuce, chipotle aioli, fresh tomatoes, cilantro, lime and topped with pickled onions; and carne asada platter consisting of New York steak, cheese enchilada, rice, beans and guacamole, served with a side of warm flour tortillas, among other standouts.
