Cool with Fresh Summer Cocktails
Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, is helping beat the summer heat with a refreshing new lineup of cocktails. Available now for a limited time, the seasonal trio is packed with bright, bold flavors inspired by Cabo’s endless summer.
The lineup includes the Watermelon Cucumber Aperol Spritz, a crisp twist on a warm-weather classic made with watermelon, cucumber and lemon juices, Aperol and a splash of Prosecco; the Desert Pear Margarita, a unique Southwestern drink with flavors somewhere between strawberry, honeydew and bubblegum, made with Milagro Blanco tequila, triple sec and citrus; and the CW Raspberry Lemonade, a tart and juicy cocktail blending fresh raspberries and fresh lemon with Svedka Vodka, Sprite and berry-infused sugar. Each of the cocktails are priced at $17.50.
To complement the cocktails, guests can dig into Cabo Wabo’s signature dishes including Sammy’s Tequila Shrimp, made with Baja shrimp sautéed in a garlic and tequila-lime sauce with arbol chilis and cilantro, served over Mexican dirty rice; Baja-style fish tacos, filled with beer-battered cod, chipotle aioli, fresh toppings and pickled onions; and the hearty carne asada platter, complete with New York steak, a cheese enchilada, rice, beans, guacamole and warm flour tortillas.
