Basketball fans can see every game of rounds one and two of the annual college basketball tournament at Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Las Vegas destinations inside ARIA Resort & Casino. Proper Bar, the social hub within the food hall, will have an all-you-can-eat package available viewing each morning and afternoon day of the first two rounds, from Friday, March 21 through Sunday, March 23.. This tournament season, guests at Proper Eats can catch the action with two viewing sessions available each game day of the first weekend of play. Morning sessions run from 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., followed by afternoon sessions from 3:15 p.m. to 9 p.m. Guests seated in the bar and lounge area during these viewing sessions will be able to purchase all-you-can-eat packages for $75 per session, with drink options available a la carte. Fans will enjoy bottomless game-day bites like the savory smash burgers from Lola’s Burgers made with two beef patties, American cheese, grilled onions, pickles and subtle spicy Russian dressing; or the hot and spicy atomic chicken sandwich from Seoul Bird made with crispy double Korean-fried chicken, lettuce, ATOMIC sauce and tangy mayo. These savory treats pair wonderfully with Proper Bar’s signature cocktails, hand-crafted to pair with offerings from each location within the food hall, like the Special Sauce made with Modelo Especial, lime, spiced salt and chili sauce, designed to pair with Lola’s Burgers and priced at $16.
