ONE Steakhouse at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will offer couples a specialty seafood dinner and romantic love-infused cocktail to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
On Wednesday, Feb. 14, ONE Steakhouse will feature an entree of Dover Sole served with capers, asparagus and fresh lemon, priced at $49. To elevate the evening, couples can also enjoy the signature “ONE Love” cocktail crafted with Mount Gay black barrel rum, Amaro Montenegro, agave nectar and fresh lime juice mixed with berry plume, a smoked essence that is trapped inside of the glass, priced at $18.
Located just off the casino floor, ONE welcomes passersby with a chic lounge that sits under the canopy of a stunning 3,000-light LED chandelier. The steakhouse boasts an intimate, dimly lit dining room on one level, creating an enchanting ambiance for couples seeking a romantic dining experience. Upstairs, guests will find a striking atrium lounge with expansive windows that open up to the outdoors.
ONE’s regular menu will also be available, featuring an impressive selection of steaks, reimagined surf and turf selections and a 6-ounce Japanese Satsuma wagyu. Other signature delights include baked short rib rigatoni featuring whipped burrata, roasted tomato sauce and basil; roasted lamb chops complete with rosemary fondant, creamed spinach and currant jus; and fennel-crusted salmon served with marble potatoes and lobster butter.
