Celebrate World Wildlife Day at Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat March 2-5

What:
In celebration of World Wildlife Day, Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at The Mirage invites guests to participate in educational activities designed to demonstrate the importance of protecting the world’s wild animals. This year’s theme is “Listen to the Young Voices.” Today’s youth can make a difference and the world is already witnessing the positive impacts of youth engagement.

Activities throughout the habitat will focus on wildlife conservation efforts along with specific species, such as elephants and giraffes and the threats they face in the wild. Participants will be able to experience the positive impact that aquariums and zoological facilities are having in the efforts to mitigate these threats. Information stations located throughout the Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat will show visitors why these animal are threatened or endangered and what they can do to help.
