Award-winning chef and restaurateur, Sam Marvin, will now bring his high-quality steak right to customers’ doorsteps with his new high-quality butchery membership experience that features all Tasmanian cuts, Butcher in a Box.
Executive Chef and Owner of Echo & Rig Las Vegas, Sacramento and Green Valley Ranch Chef Sam Marvin has again reimagined what fine-dining can be starting with the best of Tasmanian cuts. Those who find themselves far from one of Chef Sam’s beloved steakhouses can now enjoy his renowned butchery experience from the comfort of their home. Butcher in a Box features the highest quality cattle sourced from the grasslands of Tasmania. Home to “the cleanest air on Earth” volcanic nutrient-rich soil, Tasmania is an ideal environment for raising grass-fed cattle. All products are 100% grass-fed, graded four to five stars, naturally marbled for flavor, and free of any added hormones, antibiotics, and GMOs.
The launch box will feature a Cape Grim focused all grass-fed and grass-finished assortment of Tasmanian cuts, including Dry-Aged NY Steaks, Filet Mignon, Bone-In Ribeye, Dry Aged Tomahawks, and Vintage TriTip. Pricing for the monthly club subscription is set at $225/month. Members will receive exclusive access to The Club, the Butcher in a Box’s online community featuring recipes showcased by Chef Sam Marvin himself, wine pairings for the month’s cuts, a curated spotify playlist for members to cook to, a special gift to compliment their experience, and more.
