BLVD Grille on Water Street is Now Open
Water Street’s new establishment serving American contemporary fare is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and open on weekends for brunch
Water Street District’s newest elevated dining and entertainment concept, BLVD Grille, is now open and joins Fine Entertainment’s portfolio of beloved brands including PKWY Tavern, The Mint Tavern, PBR Rockbar and The Rockhouse. BLVD Grille will feature bar top gaming and live entertainment weekly while serving up a selection of wines, beers and craft cocktails; delectable premium steaks; seafood and pasta dishes; and a weekend brunch menu.
Executive chefs Josh Laquet and Cesar Herrera bring their expertise in American cuisine, merging contemporary and classic influences into the menu items.

Lunch and Dinner
BLVD Grille features an array of sophisticated yet approachable lunch and dinner selections including its succulent steaks: 16-ounce cowboy cut ribeye, 14-ounce New York strip, and 6-ounce petite filet all served with a side of mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, asparagus and garlic herb butter. Fresh seafood options include Prince Edward Island mussels cooked in a white wine cream sauce with bacon, tomatoes, lemon and served with focaccia toast points; shrimp scampi, made with lemon basil, white wine sauce, grape tomatoes, asparagus, served on a bed of angel hair pasta; and herb-crusted salmon served with potato hash with bell peppers and red onions, grilled asparagus and lemon pesto sauce.
BLVD Grille also offers an array of indulgent desserts including a warm chocolate lava cake with chocolate sauce, anglais, ice cream and sprinkled with powdered sugar; peach cobbler served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce topped with powdered sugar; and caramel flan topped with fresh mint.
Brunch
Brunch will be a weekend staple at BLVD Grille offering signature American dishes, including hot honey chicken, biscuits and gravy served with breakfast potatoes; breakfast biscuit sandwich served with a fried egg, thick-cut bacon, sausage patty, American cheese and breakfast potatoes. With a penchant for the sweet side, thick-cut French toast is topped with fresh berry compote, anglaise and whipped cream; and cinnamon apple pancakes are served with cinnamon baked apples, pecan streusel and vanilla glaze.
Wines, Beers and Cocktails
To enhance the dining experience, an extensive selection of 40 bottles of wine, 16 beer taps and craft cocktails are available. Wine and bubbles are available by the glass or by the bottle, with a variety of selections starting at $32 by the bottle or $6 by the glass including Champagne, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Merlot, Cabernet and rosé. Non-alcoholic wine varieties are also available. Among the 16 beer taps, BLVD will feature several locally brewed beers including Lovelady Love Juice, Craft Haus Rebel Spirit and HUDL Vanilla Oak.
Signature cocktails, starting a $10, include the restaurant’s namesake BLVD-E-A with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, sweet vermouth and Campari, with the option to add coffee beans; Purple Mule with Ketel One Vodka, lime juice, Monin lavender and ginger beer; Lazy Sunday with Hendrick’s Gin, St. Germain, Lemon Verbena Syrup and lemon juice; housemade red or white peach sangrias; along with many others.
Happy Hour, Specials and Entertainment
BLVD Grille is set to become Water Street District’s go-to lunch break spot, featuring specials from Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., which includes either a “Pick Two” offering of a half salad and half sandwich for $12; or one lunch entree for $12, such as the steakhouse or mushroom burger with fries, chicken parmesan, BLVD chicken linguini or shrimp scampi.
BLVD Grille also boasts a weekday happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. special featuring $5 bites such as onion rings, chicken wings and crispy shrimp; and half-off bottles of wine.
Adding to the lively atmosphere, BLVD Grille will bring live entertainment each week featuring local bands and musical talent from Thursday to Saturday nights starting at 9 p.m.; and for brunch on Saturday and Sundays from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
