Due Forni Celebrates Father’s Day with Specialty Menu

In honor of Father’s Day, Due Forni presents a specially crafted menu for families to feast on with the leading men in their lives. Enjoy specialty dishes at the Summerlin hot spot including Chilled Spring Pea Soup with Nueske bacon, parmesano and pea shoots followed by a perfectly seasoned Flat Iron Steak accompanied by a truffle baked potato, crispy prosciutto and asparagus. Complement the meal with signature cocktails and a wide selection of wine before indulging in Due Forni’s featured Father’s Day dessert, Bourbon Salted Caramel Panna Cotta.
