Opening in April
WHAT: The newest concept from 81/82 Group’s CEO and Founder, Ryan Labbe, Early Birds, A Breakfast Spot, is now hiring full and part-time positions for its brand new location opening in April located at 5025 Blue Diamond Road, Las Vegas, NV 89139. Positions include management positions and front-of-house and back-of-house positions, including server, host, bartender, busser, prep cook, dishwasher, line cook and sous chef.
Early Birds is a fun and approachable breakfast, brunch, and lunch joint with a menu filled with sweet and savory dishes and crafted cocktails. The restaurant will be open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends.
The job fair will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 28, and Thursday, Feb. 29 from 12-6 p.m. at the 81/82 Group offices located at 8820 W. Russell Road, Suite #105.

The portfolio grows, with a new concept coming in March 2024, Early Birds, A Breakfast Spot located in Southwest Las Vegas.
