Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, the sultry speakeasy hidden within the highly lauded Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA Resort & Casino, has revealed its entertainment schedule and special events for July. Highlights for the month include the return of “Thursday Night Fever,” and a Latin Night to end the month. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made here.

Special Events:

• Mackenzie Sol Residency: Every Wednesday starting Wednesday, July 2
  • Actor and powerhouse musician Mackenzie Sol is the newest hit at Easy’s. Back by popular demand following his first performance at the venue in May, Sol starts his new residency at the speakeasy at 8 p.m. every Wednesday in July starting on Wednesday, July 2.

• “Thursday Night Fever” Disco Night: Thursday, July 10
  • Disco is back and better than ever at Easy’s Cocktail Lounge with the return of “Thursday Night Fever.” Dancing divas can find a cure for their disco fever as the venue comes alive with music from LUV U, an up-and-coming disco and dance duo renowned for their usage of loop pedals to create groovy disco beats live. Guests can groove to the beat while enjoying the limited-edition Get Out and Dance shareable show-stopper cocktail, made with Grey Goose peach and rosemary, St. Germain, lemon and lime juice, strawberry puree, simple syrup and watermelon Red Bull, served in a shimmering disco ball and priced at $85.
• Latin Night: Thursday, July 31
  • Easy’s brings the beat and turns up the heat with a Latin Night featuring a live performance from Volume 1, a local Las Vegas party band bringing the best Top 40 and Latin hits to the stage to light a fire under any party.

  • Known for its creativity and award-winning cocktail presentation, Easy’s offers two stunning tequila cocktails for raising a glass to National Tequila Day. The Puss & Boots is a refreshing blend of Don Julio Blanco Tequila, St-Germain, lemon and egg whites with a charcoal stamped paw print, priced at $27. Those looking for something over-the-top can enjoy the Heart of the Ocean, a real “Show Stopper” cocktail made with Codigo Blanco Tequila, orgeat, lime, blueberry spirulina and black sea salt foam, served in a seashell glass on a bed white sand decorated with seashells and micro flowers, and priced at $50.
