Eight Lounge Presents Exuberant new Monthly
Cuban Nightlife Celebration, “Havana After Dark”
Eight Lounge, the luxe cigar and cocktail lounge located at Resorts World Las Vegas, will immerse guests in the sultry rhythms and vibrant energy of Havana on its spacious patio with an all-new monthly party, Havana After Dark. Havana After Dark will take place on a select Thursday every month, with the first beginning at 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 20th. Reservations for the event can be made here.
Eight Lounge’s 2,200-square-foot outdoor terrace will light up the summer nights with live performances by the energetic Puro Vicente and the Space to Pace band, renowned for their dynamic sound, high-energy and authentic Cuban flair, with a repertoire of traditional Cuban music. Guests are encouraged to dance along, led by a professional dance instructor as they teach the spirited steps of traditional Cuban dances such as the Cha-Cha-Cha, the Salsa and the Mambo. Between live sets from the band, guests can enjoy a sizzling mix of Latin and top 40 hits spun by the lounge’s DJ, ensuring that the energy stays high and the dance floor stays packed throughout the night.
Eight completes the Havana experience with its extensive collection of premium cigars including the Leaf by Oscar – Summatra from Oscar Valladares Tobacco & Company, renowned for clever packaging with each cigar wrapped in a raw tobacco leaf, and boasting notes of espresso & earthy tones, hints of citrus and a slight note of black and white pepper. Guests can rely on the lounge’s staff of cigar experts to help them find an excellent cigar, and to suggest an ideal rum pairing to complete the evening.
