Sweet libations and good vibrations mark
a month of love at the upscale food hall.
Love is in the air all February long at Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Las Vegas destinations inside ARIA Resort & Casino, with limited-time romantic cocktails and heart-shaped pizzas to celebrate the Valentine’s season.
Available for the month of February, Proper Bar will offer romantics and lovers alike a selection of three ambrosian beverages to match the mood, each priced at $16. Guests can enjoy the bubbly and tart Love Potion No. 75, shaken with bourbon, lemon juice, strawberry syrup and bitters, then strained into a champagne glass and topped with prosecco; the sweet and citrusy Stupid Cupid, made with vodka, Lillet Rosé, hibiscus syrup, lemon juice and rosewater, then topped with grapefruit sparkling water and a slice of grapefruit in a highball glass with a sugar rim; or the La Vie en Rose crafted with gin, sparkling rosé and soda water, served in a goblet topped with strawberries, mint sprigs and dusted with edible flowers.
For those looking for a little romance in their meals, Pizzaoki, Grammy-nominated artist Steve Aoki’s pizza brand, will be serving heart-shaped pizza pies, available at request all month long. Available flavors include options like the Mic Drop made with mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni and marinara sauce; or the Pursuit of Happiness, made with shredded mozzarella, marinara sauce and basil, each priced at $34.50 for a whole pie.
