Crumbz Bakery and Coffeehouse was created with a passion for providing customers with an elevated coffeeshop experience, while offering a menu with bold, flavorful bites with all-natural, fresh ingredients.
Featuring high-end coffees and espressos, handcrafted signature lattes, a mouth-watering selection of exquisite pastries, homemade sourdough breads, breakfast sandwiches, and more, Crumbz Bakery and Coffeehouse is fitting for an energy-boosting breakfast, on-the-go power lunch, or mouthwatering dessert. Open daily, Crumbz Bakery and Coffeehouse is located at 8390 W. Sahara Ave., at the edge of The Lakes in Las Vegas.
Day-starters include The Benedict with two perfectly poached eggs served on homemade country bread and topped with our hollandaise sauce, caramelized onions and balsamic glaze; the Chicken Spinach Crepe with slow-roasted chicken breast, sauteed spinach, caramelized onion, and melted Gruyère cheese with homemade Béchamel sauce; and a collection of breakfast sandwiches and quiches, including the classic Bacon, Egg n’ Cheese Sandwich served with crispy bacon, two scrambled eggs, and Calabrian chili aioli topped with mild yellow cheddar cheese on a house brioche bun and the Caramelized Onion and Roasted Tomato Quiche with fresh eggs, cream and Gruyère cheese. Fresh yogurt parfaits and the Bread n’ Spread, two slices of lightly-toasted, fresh sourdough bread served with a side of butter and homemade jams or honey, are also available daily.
Enjoy a relaxing lunch in the vibrant dining room or outside patio, with a collection of fresh sandwiches, salads, or soup. Served on house-baked country bread, the Crumbz lunch menu includes a mouth-watering Chicken Sandwich with slow-roasted chicken, seasoned with fresh herbs and lemon, and served with homemade lemon herb aioli, fresh lettuce, tomato, red onion and topped with cheddar cheese; The Croque, thinly-sliced blackforest ham, Dijon mustard, homemade Béchamel and Gruyère cheese; and the Crumbz BLT with crispy bacon, lettuce, roasted tomato, and homemade jalapeno cream cheese.
For those with a sweet tooth, Crumbz offers a rotating selection of European pastries, cookies, muffins, beignets, and desserts, including Tiramisu, ladyfingers soaked with coffee liquor and filled with mascarpone mousse, homemade Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, sugar-free Apple Walnut Muffins, and Lemon Tarts, short dough with lemon curd, topped with caramelized meringue. Wash it all down with specialty coffee and teas, as well as handcrafted, signature mochas, lattes, Italian sodas and more.
