“Fiesta” this Cinco De Mayo With Shot and Beer Specials
All Day Long at Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant
–Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will get the party started for Cinco de Mayo in true Mexican style. With a colorful and bright interior that will have guests feeling like they are in a Mexican “hacienda,” tequila and beer specials will be available all day, as well as the authentic sounds of Mexico with a live mariachi band from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 5.
To celebrate, Pancho’s will be pouring beer and shot specials all day long throughout the restaurant on Sunday, May 5. Guests can enjoy a shot of Mi Campo Blanco or Mi Campo Reposado for $6; or they can pair it with their favorite draft beer for $14. The bright verdant interior of the restaurant and live mariachi band from noon to 4 p.m. will transport guests to a feeling of being in a real Mexican hacienda without stepping foot out of the valley.
Guests can also enjoy any of Pancho’s many authentic Mexican dishes from the extensive menu available. The mouthwatering tinga poblana, made of tender, slow roasted, marinated pork cooked in mild California chiles, chipotle, tomato and Pancho’s special herbs and spices, is the perfect dish to celebrate the occasion as it was created in the city of Puebla, where the famous Cinco De Mayo battle took place. Other classic options available include nachos, tacos, burritos and enchiladas.
