In addition to over 40 tequila selections to choose from, including Don Julio 1942, Jose Cuervo Reserva De La Familia and Gran Patrón Platinum, among others, tequila lovers may savor the subtle, yet complex flavors of Pancho’s Barrel Select Reposado. After aging for eight months in a single barrel made of French limousin oak, the tequila was handpicked by the Pancho’s team. Pancho’s will offer Mexican baja wings, a platter of nine crispy chicken wings glazed with hot buffalo sauce, served with carrots and celery and accompanied by a ranch or bleu cheese dipping sauce, priced at $15.95. Pancho’s dessert nachos, also known as Postres de Nachos, are prepared with stacked cinnamon-sugar flour tostaditas, smothered in cinnamon and chocolate syrup and topped with French vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chopped nuts and a maraschino cherry, priced at $9.95.

Las Vegas Knows How to Football

National Tequila Day in Las Vegas

 

Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, is saying “Salud!” to National Tequila Day with $6.95 shots of Patron Barrel Select Reposado—Pancho’s custom eight-month aged, single barrel tequila made of French limousin oak. The cantina, prepared for the holiday with over 35 brands of tequila, will off its signature Cadillac “Naughty Maggie” margarita, made with Jose Cuervo Especial Gold Tequila mixed with fresh lime juice, sweet and sour and triple sec, hand-shaken and topped with Grand Marnier.

 

 

Freed’s Bakery, the featured bakery on the Food Network hit show “Vegas Cakes,” has created a tasty Pineapple Margarita cupcake in celebration of National Tequila Day – a signature vanilla cupcake with a tequila wash, topped with pineapple and key lime buttercream and colorful sprinkles.
