FIRST Food & Bar extends series of “Farm to Strip” dinners and adds communal seating and beverage pairing options

Specialty dinners combine the freshest ingredients from Downtown3rd Farmers Market and local purveyors with the creativity of FIRST Food & Bar

Chef Sammy D + locally grown and organic ingredients = happy foodies and full bellies! FIRST Food & Bar inside the Palazzo today announced the extension of the successful Farm to Strip dinners. After Executive Chef Sam “Sammy D” DeMarco partnered with the Downtown3rdFarmers Market and other local purveyors, the creative juices were flowing for a fresh, fun, new way to dine.

The Farm to Strip dinners will take place on the first Friday and Saturday of each month beginning July 6. The cost of the Farm to Strip experience is $48 per person with a new beverage pairing option for an additional $21. The menu features the freshest local ingredients found at the market – items will be purchased that Friday and with the team’s effort under Sammy D’s direction, transformed into an amazing meal.

FIRST Food & Bar has also added communal seating options for those who want to enjoy the culinary creations with their smaller group. Communal seating will be at 6 p.m. (Fridays only), groups of six or more diners can reserve the specialty dinners at anytime (Friday or Saturday).
