This Summer, Echo & Rig Henderson invites guests to celebrate the season in style with The Happiest Hour, a limited-time weekday bar program showcasing $5 handcrafted cocktails, rotating chef-inspired bites, and special moments for dads, grads, and summer socializers alike. Plus, Echo & Rig proudly continues its participation in the 18th Annual Las Vegas Restaurant Week, now extended through Friday, June 20, with a special $30 prix fixe lunch menu that supports Three Square Food Bank.
