Harlø Steakhouse & Bar at Downtown Summerlin® introduces “Harlø Hour,” its rendition of happy hour, available daily from 4-5:30 p.m.
Available in the bar and lounge area, Harlø Hour will feature enticing drink specials, highlighting $11 cocktails, $10 wines and $9 beers, inclusive of:
- The Harlo Martini made with Gruven vodka, Spring44 Old Tom gin, olive brine and house-marinated charred olives
- Aperol Spritz made with Aperol, prosecco, soda and orange
- Prosecco, Gambino, Veneto, Italy IV
- Sauvignon Blanc, Ranga Ranga, Marlborough, New Zealand 2022
- Pacifico Clara
- Miller Light
- Coors Light
To pair with their specialty drinks, guests can also enjoy Harlø Hour bites, including:
- West Coast oysters served with yuzu mignonette ($3 each)
- Beef tallow popcorn made with sea salt and cracked black pepper ($6)
- Harlø Board made with chef’s selection of cured meats and artisanal cheeses ($15)
- Herbed fries and sauce flight, including peri peri aioli, spicy mustard, dill buttermilk and truffle ($8)
- Lobster roll made with house-made Japanese milk bread, tarragon aioli and shaved fennel ($15)
- Harlø burger made with westholme wagyu beef, house-made sesame bun, new American cheese and wagyu bacon ($19)
