HarlØ Steakhouse & Bar at Downtown Summerlin® is now offering its March tasting menu, highlighting the flavors of Greece.
Each month, two-time James Beard Foundation Award semifinalist, Chef Gina Marinelli, highlights a different country by curating a four-course tasting menu, priced at $95 per person. March will feature authentic Greek cuisine with dishes including:
First course (choice of):
- Baked Valbreso feta made with oven-roasted tomatoes, peppers and oregano
- Octopus carpaccio made with gigante beans, red onion, dill and cucumbers
Second course:
- Spaghetti made with kasseri, Greek olive oil and thyme
Third course (choice of):
- Grilled diver scallops served with couscous, zucchini and crab vinaigrette
- Mediterranean-spiced bavette made with charred red onion and parsley butter
Dessert:
- Ricotta cheesecake made with pistachio and kataifi
