Each week, a different nonprofit organization dedicated to animal welfare will benefit from the Hash Hound A Go Go campaign. Guests are encouraged to visit Hash Hound A Go Go’s original La Vegas location at 6800 W. Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89146 throughout September to enjoy the featured pancakes and join the effort to raise funds for local animal organizations. The September schedule includes:

  • Monday, September 1 through Sunday, September 7: Foreclosed Upon Pets, Inc.
Foreclosed Upon Pets, Inc. (FUPI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue of domesticated animals that have been abused and/or abandoned by their owners as a result of economic hardship, including home foreclosure, loss of employment, insufficient income, or death and illness. FUPI will work to further the cause of animal control through the education of the general public about the humane benefits of spay and neuter programs. FUPI will take on a leadership role in developing strategies and creating coalitions with other animal rescue organizations in order to better serve the residential and commercial sectors of the community in the fight against animal cruelty.
  • Monday, September 8 through Sunday, September 14: Vegas Roots Rescue
Vegas Roots Rescue’s goal is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home the animals that have been put in such vulnerable positions. Vegas Roots Rescue will achieve these goals by working with volunteers, foster homes, shelters, local veterinarians, and facilities to find permanent homes for these animals.
  • Monday, September 15 through Sunday, September 21: Nevada SPCA
Founded in 1982, Nevada SPCA is Southern Nevada’s original nonprofit no-kill animal shelter, committed to saving the lives of our community’s most vulnerable pets. Each year, we provide care and rehome more than 2,500 dogs, cats, and small animals, ensuring they receive the medical care, compassion, and second chances they deserve.Through our Community Support Program, we help keep pets with the families who love them by providing free pet food and veterinary assistance to local pet owners facing financial hardship.

As a local and independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Nevada SPCA is not affiliated with any other SPCA or the ASPCA. Our lifesaving efforts are powered entirely by the generosity of our community—through individual donations, grants, fundraising events, and sponsorships. Every dollar raised stays right here in Southern Nevada, directly supporting animals in need.

  • Monday, September 22 through Sunday, September 28: The Animal Foundation
At The Animal Foundation, our vision is simple: We want a future where every pet has a home, and every home is empowered to care for them. We impact 20,000+ animals annually through sheltering, adoption, and community programs, building brighter futures for pets and the people who love them.
