The Vegas Baby Vodka team has crafted the Buckle Bunny Cosmo and the Cowboy Up, just in time for the National Finals Rodeo. Both cocktails are being featured from now until Saturday, Dec. 16 at Hideaway Bar and Grill, located at 3369 Thom Blvd. in North Las Vegas.
The Buckle Bunny Cosmo is a Western twist on the cocktail that originally inspired Vegas Baby Vodka’s founder and Las Vegas local, Jennifer Higgins. Providing all the liquid courage needed to lasso a cowboy or cowgirl, the cocktail is made with Vegas Baby Vodka, lime juice, cranberry juice, simple syrup and Cointreau. The Cowboy Up is a shot made with Vegas Baby Vodka, simple syrup, lime juice, Disaronno Amaretto and Chambord. The sweet cherry and raspberry flavor go down easy so more time can be spent stomping those boots and swing dancing out on the dance floor.
The NFR-themed specialty cocktails are available for the duration of the National Finals Rodeo which runs from Thursday, Dec. 7 through Saturday, Dec. 16 at the Las Vegas Convention. Vegas Baby Vodka lovers will receive a special Vegas Baby Vodka cowboy boot koozie and entry to win a Big Game gift basket with the purchase of either cocktail. Hideaway Bar and Grill is open 24 hours, daily.
