Holsteins Shakes & Buns, the beloved burger and shake spot now open at 1216 S. Main St. in Las Vegas’ Arts District, is turning up the heat in the Arts District with two mouthwatering offers just in time for Father’s Day and the start of summer.
For Father’s Day on Sunday, June 15, Holsteins is offering a steak frites and caramelized onion old fashioned combo. Holsteins’ steak frites is made with prime New York steak, topped with peppercorn sauce and pickled onions, served with a side of rosemary fries. To complement the dish, Holsteins will pair it with a caramelized onion old fashioned, featuring Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey and a house-made caramelized onion syrup. Available all day, the combo is priced at $40.
On Friday, June 20, Holsteins will make the longest day of the year worth savoring with a one-night-only late-night happy hour, serving up sweet deals well after the sun goes down. In addition to the venue’s standard happy hour at the bar from 3 to 6 p.m., Holsteins will embrace the Summer Solstice with a second happy hour from 9:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Holsteins’ happy hour offerings include $5 drink specials, including house wine, champagne or a 16-ounce draft beer with a bevy of local brews to choose from; fried pickles priced at $6; buffalo chicken nachos made with blue cheese and fresh chives, or salmon poke tostada, made with wonton crisps and a thai chili vinaigrette, both priced at $9; and The Happiest Meal, which includes a choice of Caesar salad or cheeseburger, served with fries and a drink, priced at $16.
Holsteins is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
