Holy Smokes! Pot Liquor CAS Celebrates National Hamburger Day with Smoked Bacon Burger
Get your summer off to the right start by celebrating National Hamburger Day at Pot Liquor CAS (Contemporary American Smokehouse) on Thursday, May 28.
In celebration, Pot Liquor will offer a Smoked Bacon Burger – a bacon-infused ground beef patty, smoked and topped with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and two slices of bacon and served with fries for $9.99. This specialty burger will be offered only on National Hamburger Day.
Pot Liquor CAS also serves several burgers as part of their regular menu. The P.L. Brisket Burger is four ounces of slow-smoked, hand-sliced, Texas-style brisket, eight ounces of Angus beef, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onions and house made pickles. It is served with any two sides for $18.98. The Pot Liquor Butchers Burger, available during lunch hour, is an eight-ounce Angus beef burger, topped with cheddar, bacon and a fried egg and served with fries and coleslaw for $13.98. The Kids Cheese Burger is only $5.98.
Pot Liquor CAS is open on Thursday, May 28 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
