Just as the Italian summer lingers into September, Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM is keeping the season alive with indulgent flavors, festive gatherings, and refreshing treats that capture the essence of sunny days and warm nights.
Celebrate Gelato at Eataly – Now through September 28
Available at the Il Gelato and Lavazza counters, celebrate gelato at Eataly with limited-time concoctions that blend artisan gelato with premium espresso, Italian liqueurs, and syrups for a decadent summer pick-me-up.

- Cremespresso Piemonte – Cremespresso with Gianduja (Italian Hazelnut), topped with whipped cream and crushed hazelnuts, $9.90
- Il Gelato
- Torino – Hazelnut and chocolate gelato drowned in espresso, topped with whipped cream and crushed hazelnuts, $13.90
- Napoli – Coffee and chocolate gelato paired with a shot of espresso, topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle, $13.90
- Sorrento – Lemon sorbet complemented by Pallini Limoncello Liqueur, topped with a fresh lemon slice, $18.90
End of Summer Specials at Eataly Bar
Eataly Bar, designed to replicate the vibrant summer vibes of Italy with its lush orange trees and lively atmosphere, is the perfect spot for a pre-dinner spritz or late-night pizza and drink.
- Aperitivo Hour – Available daily from 1-4 p.m. and newly added from 8-10 p.m. Highlights include house Prosecco, white or red wine, Granriviera mimosa, and Aperol spritz, paired with signature Padellino-style pizzas such as Margherita al Padellino and Soppressata al Padellino.
- Bar Beats DJ Series – Guests can enjoy live DJ sets on August 22, August 29, August 30, and September 20 from 4-7 p.m., bringing a festive soundtrack to the heart of Eataly.
Endless Summer Festa – Friday, September 19 | 1–3 p.m. (free)
The season’s grand finale features two hours of complimentary wine and spirits tastings and exclusive food specials in Cucina del Mercato. The festive atmosphere will include a DJ, a photo booth, and live entertainment.
New this year is an optional $35 food package that includes a curated selection of dishes that highlight the flavors of an Italian summer, including:
- Fettuccine ‘Alfredo’ Burro e Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP from the Wheel – Housemade fetuccine pasta, 18-month Agriform Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, butter
- Arrosticini – Grilled Double R Ranch beef skewer with lemon, espelette
- Prosciutto e Melone – Ferrarini 14-Month Prosciutto di Parma DOP, sliced cantaloupe
- Caprese – Housemade mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, basil, Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200ML Via Carota Spritz – Sparkling cocktail featuring a blend of Prosecco, orange, and bittersweet notes
- Housemade Sorbetto
Guests are encouraged to RSVP in advance at Eataly.com. Admission is free. Must be 21 and older to participate in alcohol tasting. The food package is available for purchase in advance or at the event.
Eataly Las Vegas is located inside Park MGM and can be accessed through the casino floor or from Las Vegas Boulevard. The venue is open daily from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
