A UNIQUE ADULT-ONLY NIGHTLIFE EXPERIENCE
Illuminarium, the cinematic entertainment complex will offer a nightly adult-only lounge with specialty cocktails and late-night bites at the Lumin Café & Kitchen Patio
Illuminarium Las Vegas will launch Illuminarium After Dark, a nightly immersive 21 and over experience with its opening on April 15 at AREA15. Illuminarium After Dark will provide a reimagined nightlife environment, as guests are transported to new and awe-inspiring surroundings while they enjoy thematic cocktails and perfectly paired bites from Lumin Café & Kitchen by Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla.
“Las Vegas is known for its vibrant nightlife and Illuminarium After Dark is the perfect addition, bringing an experience that has yet to be offered in Las Vegas,” said Alan Greenberg, CEO of Illuminarium Experiences. “We wanted to bring the state-of-the-art technology from our daytime programming and create an elevated lounge experience for guests that allows them to be transported to immersive destinations only available After Dark at Illuminarium.”
Illuminarium After Dark will provide a new experience each night where the beauty of Illuminarium’s daytime shows transforms into an adults-only escape. After Dark will offer a lounge atmosphere that allows guests to delight in a full bar with a selection of signature cocktails and late-night eats. Guests will enjoy cocktails in ever-changing, magically immersive settings from the night markets of Tokyo to the beautiful floral gardens of France, to a mysterious crystal cavern and beyond.
In addition to After Dark, guests can visit the Lumin Cafè & Kitchen patio bar to indulge in delightful specialty cocktails and delicious small plates. The cocktail menu will serve exclusive selections that pair with each epic show, available at Illuminarium Las Vegas. After Dark cocktails include:
WILD: A Safari Experience
- Tembo, made with Bulleit Bourbon, Fever-Tree pink grapefruit, lemon sour, Ginger ale, lemon juice and orange juice.
- Savanna Sunset, made with Bacardí Rum, Ginger ale, orange juice, pineapple juice and grenadine.
- Illuminarium Punch, made with Ketel One Vodka, Ginger ale, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine and a choice of iridescent shimmer.
SPACE: A Journey to the Moon & Beyond
- Kaipur, made with Grey Goose Vodka, lemon sour, Tiki blend of juices and spices and gold sugar.
- COSMOpolitan, made with Grey Goose Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice and lime.
- Lunar, made with guests’ choice of vodka and iridescent shimmer, topped with Red Bull.
O’KEEFFE: One Hundred Flowers
- Snapdragon, made with Bulleit Bourbon and seasonal meadow flowers.
- Miracle Flower, made with Hendricks Gin and Micro Princess flowers.
- Red Canna, made with Grey Goose Vodka and Marigolds
All drinks include St. Germaine liqueur and Fever-Tree elderflower tonic in celebration of Georgia O’Keeffe’s love of flowers.
The late-night menu at Lumin Café & Kitchen will be available on the patio beginning at 8 p.m. nightly and includes tasty bites such as:
- Pretzel Bites, made with beer and cheddar cheese fondue
- Crispy Arancini, topped with parmesan cheese a served with Sriracha aioli
- Buffalo Cauliflower, topped with blue cheese, crispy capers and pickled chiles
- Fried Chicken Sliders, made with kimchi slaw, pickles and Sriracha aioli
- Cheeseburger Sliders, made with aged cheddar cheese, caramelized onion and tomato bacon jam
- Parmesan and Truffle Fries

Elizabeth Blau is the founder and CEO of restaurant development company Blau + Associates and is widely credited with transforming Las Vegas into the world-class culinary destination it is today.
