Tuscan Cove Bar & Patio Has Opened in Southern Highlands

Tuscan Cove Bar & Patio has opened in the Tuscan Highlands neighborhood of Southern Highlands, introducing a new destination for elevated bar fare, handcrafted cocktails and warm neighborhood charm. The concept has been brought to life by Steven Kennedy of All In Hospitality, in partnership with Executive Chef Ricardo Romo.

Located at 12656 Southern Highlands Pkwy, the venue encompasses approximately 5,000 square feet and features a striking full bar as the focal point of the interior. The expansive patio, strung with bistro lights and centered around a fire pit, offers an inviting atmosphere for relaxed evenings under the Las Vegas sky. A private dining room comfortably seats up to 70 guests for intimate celebrations or corporate gatherings.

Open Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 to 10 p.m., Tuscan Cove serves a menu that blends familiar comfort with chef-driven flair. Created by Executive Chef Romo, menu highlights include the wedge salad layered with blue cheese, bacon, tomato, and egg; a hearty supreme pizza loaded with mushrooms, onions, olives, bell peppers and pepperoni; and a rotating cheese and charcuterie board featuring seasonal meats and cheeses. Other guest favorites include the juicy double smash burger with pickles and special sauce, and the chicken prosciutto caprese sandwich with fresh mozzarella, basil, and olive oil.
