JW MARRIOTT LAS VEGAS RESORT & SPA ANNOUNCES FESTIVE HOLIDAY DINING MENUS FOR HANUKKAH, CHRISTMAS
JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and Rampart Casino – the lushly landscaped, 50-acre Summerlin destination for exciting gaming, tempting dining, elegant accommodations and a luxurious spa – announces holiday dining menus for Hanukkah and Christmas Day.
HANUKKAH MENU, DEC. 7 – 15
Market Place Buffet
In celebration of Hanukkah, Market Place Buffet will offer an abundance of festive dishes in addition to their dinner buffet menu from Thursday, Dec. 7 through Friday, Dec. 15. Soup and salad offerings include matzo ball soup, turkey salad, pickled herring, egg salad and matzo crackers. Hot dishes include potato latkes, noodle kugel, tzimmes, baked chicken with caramelized onions, pulled BBQ brisket sliders and beef stew. At the carving station, the buffet will feature rotisserie herb chicken, beef knockwurst and roasted turkey. Dessert will include challah bread pudding, assorted macaroons and beignet black. The Market Place Buffet is open for lunch Monday, Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner Thursday through Monday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
CHRISTMAS DAY MENUS, DEC. 25
Earl Grey Café
For $29.99 per person, guests can enjoy a specialty menu this Christmas Day at Earl Grey Café. The menu will be offered from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and includes:
Appetizer (choose one):
- Citrus Champagne Salad – Spring mix, pistachio, goat cheese, pomegranate arils and citrus champagne vinaigrette.
- Heirloom Cauliflower Soup
Entrée (choose one):
- Rosemary Garlic Leg of Lamb – Burgundy au jus, tri-colored fingerling potatoes, roasted baby Italian squash, zucchini and mint jelly.
- Herb-Crusted Prime Rib – Burgundy au jus, tri-colored fingerling potatoes, roasted baby Italian squash and zucchini.
Dessert:
- Christmas Yule Log – Yellow sponge cake and chocolate buttercream frosting.
Hawthorn Grill
This Christmas Day, Hawthorn Grill will offer a three-course menu from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for $125 per person plus tax. The three-course menu includes:
Appetizer (choose one):
- Octopus Carpaccio – Sweet potato purée, purple potato chips, olive pate, olive mousse and blood orange dressing.
- Shaved Vegetable Salad – Endive, arugula, beets, turnip, heirloom carrots, candied macadamia nuts, pomegranate dressing and Manchego cheese.
Entrée (choose one):
- Beef Wellington – Prosciutto, mushroom duxelles, creamed spinach and winter truffle.
- Monk Fish – Fingerling potatoes, orange and purple cauliflower cream, Napa cabbage, fried artichokes and cranberry orange sauce.
Dessert (choose one):
- Tart Cherry Sticky Toffee Pudding – Spiced toffee sauce and vanilla bean Chantilly.
- Pistachio Semifreddo – Burnt sugar espresso sauce.
Guests should also note Hawthorn Grill will not offer its happy hour menu on this day.
Jade Asian Kitchen
Open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Christmas Day, Jade will offer its regular menu of flavorful Asian dishes. Guests should note Jade will not offer its happy hour menu this day.
Market Place Buffet
Market Place Buffet will offer an all-day buffet from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. this Christmas Day. The offering is available for $54.99 plus tax for guests 13 and older. Children 12 and under are $27.99 plus tax. The buffet will include holiday specialties at the carvery station such as herb-crusted prime rib, cherry glazed ham, candied yams, Yukon gold potato mash, green bean almondine, sliced white and dark turkey, apple chicken stuffing and more. The Market Place Buffet will also offer soups du jour, fresh veggies and salads from its farm stand, Euro-centric dishes, other international dishes and a plethora of holiday desserts.
Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro
Spiedini will be open from 5 to 9 p.m. on Christmas Day. The destination will offer its regular menu of savory Italian comfort classics, including antipasto dishes, veal parm and everything in between. Guests should note Spiedini will not offer its happy hour menu this day.
