The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower to Host Emo Casino Poolside Concert and After Party

 The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will turn up the nostalgia and the energy with The STRAT and Hawthorne Heights Present: When We Were Young Pool Party and Emo Casino at Swim & Social on Friday, Oct. 17. Hawthorne Heights will return to The STRAT following its previous fan-favorite poolside performances, this time expanding the experience with a full lineup of popular emo bands including Plain White T’s, Spitalfield, The Paradox and The Higher. The bands will deliver back-to-back high-energy afternoon performances starting at 1 p.m., with doors opening at noon.

Following the poolside performances, the excitement will continue inside with the Emo Casino Gambling After Party, where fans will have the opportunity to join their favorite emo band members for a fun-filled evening of table games and meet-and-greets starting at 7 p.m. Artists include members of Hawthorne Heights; Mayday Parade vocalist Derek Sanders; Silverstein lead singer Shane Told; Tom Higgenson and Tim Lopez from Plain White T’s; Spitalfield frontman Mark Rose; and others. Guests can enjoy live music at REMIX Lounge, and specialty casino chips will be available for purchase with dealers.

VIP meet-and-greet tickets will include admission to the show, early access to the pool and a VIP lanyard. For groups, cabana packages will include 10 show tickets plus a bottle of choice of vodka, gin, whiskey or tequila. Guests looking to extend the experience can book The STRAT’s Emo Pool Party Room Package, which will include two general admission tickets, a poster and a keychain, available for stays from Thursday, Oct. 16 to Sunday, Oct. 19.
