La Mona Rosa, the vibrant Mexico City-inspired eatery in the heart of Fremont East in Downtown Las Vegas, has introduced three new cocktails to its lively Cumbia Brunch, held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Sunday, bringing fresh flavors and a playful energy to the popular daytime celebration. Crafted to complement the brunch’s lively atmosphere, the new cocktails include the watermelon basil margarita made with Herradura Silver tequila, watermelon Reàl, lime juice, simple syrup and basil leaf, priced at $14; the guava-tini featuring Jaja Blanco tequila, coconut Reàl, guava Reàl, pineapple juice and lime juice, priced at $15; and the espresso horchata martini with Kettle One vodka, Mr. Black liqueur, cold brew, oat milk, horchata and simple syrup, priced at $16. Guests can also order the espresso horchata martini as a shareable tree with four cocktails, priced at $49.

Cumbia Brunch is offered from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Sunday, soundtracked by classic and contemporary cumbia music and featuring a vibrant menu of regional Mexican dishes. On Saturdays, La Mona Rosa hosts its playful Pink Brunch with its own lineup of themed cocktails. Dinner is available from 6 to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday and 4 to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday, with happy hour at the bar from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday and 4 to 6 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Reverse happy hour is from 9 p.m. to close every Friday.
