La Strega Unveils Spring Menu Refresh
Spearheaded by Executive Chef Partner Gina Marinelli, La Strega announces its refreshed menu for the spring, promising a culinary journey through Italy like no other in the heart of Summerlin.
Dedicated to continuously elevating the dining experience, the refreshed menu at La Strega reflects a unique blend of innovation, seasonality, and culinary expertise by Chef Gina. Menu items are inspired by the old world charm with a modern flair, with new dishes including:
- Spring antipasto made with truffle salami, mozzarella and honey red wine vin
- Tiger prawns al forno made with salsa verde and Sicilian olive oil
- Wagyu carpaccio made with tonnato, pickled mustard seeds and little gem lettuce
- Fruitti di mare made with squid ink bucatini, Calabrian pomodoro, lobster, rock shrimp, calamari and basil
- Salmon alla grigliata made with ora king salmon, livornese vinaigrette and fennel salad
“The new spring menu is a true reflection of the heart and soul of La Strega’s methodology,” Chef Gina said. “We incorporate the best ingredients that are peaking and showcase them with simplicity and technique. It’s a big welcome to spring!”
To complement the new menu, the restaurant will also undergo refurbishment this spring.
