ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas is delivering boutique coffee on a grand scale by partnering with the Los Angeles-based artisanal coffee roaster LAMILL Coffee. This partnership marks LAMILL’s largest deployment and is a testament to the AAA Five Diamond resort’s unrivaled attention to detail to ensure an exquisite stay for its guests, right down to the perfect cup of coffee.
Created by specialty roaster Craig Min, LAMILL is a couture coffee brand that specializes in unique, fragrant flavors. Eight custom coffee and espresso brands were created exclusively for ARIA, including the following selections:
- ARIA Signature Blend: A well-balanced cup with accents of nuts and dark chocolate and rich, smoky aromatics.
- ARIA Signature Espresso Blend: A robust blend with a heavy syrup-like body and full spectrum of flavors ranging from bittersweet chocolate to roasted nuts.
- ARIA House Blend: Comprised of beans from four different countries, this blend is smooth with a lightly sweet caramel finish.
- ARIA House Espresso Blend: With an intense sweetness and complexity, this coffee is full of caramel, chocolate and nutty flavors, finished with a touch of orange peel and brandy.
Prepared via French press and drip brewing methods, ARIA’s blends deliver remarkably full-bodied beverages to complement cuisine from the property’s collection of signature restaurants.
