Las Vegas Ballpark® Announces New Food & Beverage Line-Up
for the 2025 Season
Las Vegas Ballpark®, home of the Las Vegas Aviators®, the city’s professional Triple-A baseball team of the Pacific Coast League (PCL) and affiliate of the Athletics, announces its collection of food and beverage offerings for the 2025 season. Featuring culinary favorites from Ballpark concessionaire, Professional Sports Catering (PSC), and Garry DeLucia, who returns to the Ballpark as Executive Chef, the new menu items don’t disappoint.
New additions for the Ballpark include signature creations like the Gamblers Burger which features a 1/3 lb. patty, cheddar cheese, bacon, onion rings and a barbecue aioli; Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich with grilled chicken, American cheese, bacon, ranch, lettuce and tomato; the Impossible Hot Dog, Impossible Burger and Onion Rings are all available from The Grill on Frist and Third.
Crunch Time features new Equites Cup with roasted corn tossed with mayo, cotija cheese, tajin seasoning and a lime wedge.
Steakadelphia unveils the Chicken Philly Cheesesteak complete with chicken, onions, peppers, and provolone cheese. This can also be added on top of nacho chips with cheese and over a regular hot dog.
Stop by the Flight Deck for the ultimate Smash Burger. Complete with white American cheese, grilled onions, pickles and fry sauce – delish!
Woodfire pizza is also a new addition for the 2025 season. Make sure to indulge in a pie by Custom Pizza Truck.
Ballpark classics including popcorn, peanuts, and the kids-only value menu, Hungry Hotshots for $10 that includes a junior Nathan’s hot dog with a locally made brioche bun, fruit cup, potato chips and a drink are all back for another season.
And make sure to leave room for a root beer float. It tastes as good as it looks! Soft-serve ice cream, banana splits, signature Aviator sundaes and Dippin’ Dots are other not-to-be-missed favorites.
Elevated food options include favorites from BBQ Mexicana like the signature Burnt Ends Burrito, Avocado Chicken Burrito and classic BLTA Salad. Also new: Bowltastic! featuring a selection of international bowls and treats and Pop-a-licious specialty popcorn
Throughout the season, Las Vegas Ballpark will host the Guest Chef Series in the Club where a carefully curated roster of Las Vegas’ most celebrated chefs and restauranteurs take over the Club’s show kitchen to serve their own greatest hits. The lineup for 2025 will include a mix of up-and-comers as well as industry icons. Stay tuned for more as the schedule is final.
Thirsty? In addition to the Ballpark’s signature Aviator Ale, a variety of beer selections from Tenaya Creek Brewing, now owned and operated by Beer Zombies, will also be served.
New cocktails including Battle Born, Summer Slammer, Tennessee Triple, Sailing Banana, The Slugger, Bring the Heat, The Guava Girl and The Closer are ready to be sipped. Still craving the Ballpark’s signature frosé? That’s also back stadium-wide for all to enjoy.
Don’t forget about $5 beers at the Hanger Bar every Tuesday during homestands and $2 beers on Thursdays from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. during homestands.
“Our beverage additions remain strong and offer light, refreshing options that appeal to our fans and compliment the spring and summer seasons,” stated Brad Kleiss, director of operations, Professional Sports Catering.  “We look forward to unveiling some of our newest additions to kick off the 2025 baseball season.”
