Lobster ME Rolls Out New Menu at Las Vegas and
San Francisco Locations
Lobster ME, the fast-casual seafood restaurant, has launched a new menu at its Las Vegas and San Francisco locations, featuring a modern twist on traditional lobster rolls, along with a variety of innovative dishes made with East and West Coast flare that are perfectly seasoned and prepared with fresh ingredients.
Some of the new menu items include:
- “The Nantucket”Roll with signature Maine lobster, Maryland crab mixed with celery, mayo, butter and special seasonings ($19)
- “Maryland Blue Crab” Roll with lump and claw meat with celery, mayo, and special seasonings ($16)
- Tacos with choice of lobster, crispy sweet chili shrimp, or battered fish
- Lobster MEx cobb tostada with chopped romaine, hard-boiled eggs, corn, black beans and avocado, topped with cheddar and jack cheese, pico de gallo, lobster salad and chipotle citrus dressing ($16)
- Ceviche tostada with fish and shrimp marinated in fresh citrus juices topped with chipotle aioli ($10)
“While developing our menu, we focused on taking classic seafood dishes and reinventing them using fresh ingredients,” said Executive Chef and Brand Director Michael Notaro. “Our new diverse menu gives guests the opportunity to try new favorites and fall in love with seafood again.”
