Borracha Mexican Cantina inside Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson raise a glass and say “¡Salud!” to mamá with a vibrant weekend-long celebration on Saturday, May 10 and Sunday, May 11. From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., the festive cantina will honor mamá with all-day menu specials, flavorful dishes and a lively atmosphere filled with love, laughter and bold Baja flair. The special Mother’s Day menu will include a refreshing shrimp cocktail appetizer, served with a watermelon cocktail sauce, cucumber spaghetti, avocado balls and jumbo shrimp, priced at $16. For the entrée, guests can indulge in a NY steak paired with chimichurri sauce and rice, priced at $41. Ending the meal with a sweet treat, Borracha will offer a decadent strawberry flan cake, strawberry flan layered with chocolate cake, garnished with a chocolate-covered strawberry and powdered sugar dusting, priced at $13.
Known for its lively Día de los Muertos-inspired setting and bold Mexican cuisine, Borracha offers the perfect setting for celebrating moms and families alike. Alongside the featured specials, the full menu of shareable starters, street-style tacos, sizzling fajitas, burritos and more will also be available throughout the day.
