Malibu Favorite, SunLife Organics, to Join
Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA Resort & Casino
The health-centric eatery will join the food hall’s
highly-acclaimed lineup of dining options later this summer.
Proper Eats Food Hall, Clique Hospitality’s highly-acclaimed food hall located inside the ARIA Resort & Casino, will enhance its collection of highly-sought-after restaurants with the addition of SunLife Organics, the health-centric eatery based in California, with the restaurant’s first location on the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant will open later this summer.
Founded by Khalil Rafati in Malibu in 2011, SunLife Organics combines health and wellness in one place, with every ingredient carefully selected for its purpose in fueling the body to serve functional nutrition that tastes as good as it feels. Inspired by Rafati’s path to recovery from addiction, SunLife’s menus feature smoothies, matcha, fresh juices and superfood bowls, offering health-conscious alternatives to traditional dining.

The menu at Proper Eats will include options exclusive to the new location, such as the Vegas Bowl, an acai bowl topped with hemp granola, strawberry, blueberry, raw cashew butter, goji berries, raw cacao nibs, bee pollen, Himalayan pink salt, coconut shreds and raw local honey. Also on the menu will be popular signature offerings such as Shroom Shake, made with banana, raw chocolate plant protein, peanut butter, Dawn Patrol coffee elixir, date syrup, MCT powder, Himalayan pink salt, cinnamon, oat milk and LifeCykel mushroom; the Hawaiian bowl, acai topped with hemp granola, banana, strawberry and coconut shreds; and matcha lattes. Grab-and-go options, including pressed juices and wellness shots, will also be available.

Upon opening, SunLife Organics will be open daily at 7 a.m.
