MINUS5º ICEBAR, 1923 PROHIBITION BAR AT MANDALAY BAY ANNOUNCE
ULTIMATE FIRE AND ICE EXPERIENCE
Minus5º ICEBAR and the adjacent 1923 Prohibition Bar located inside Mandalay Bay announce the ultimate Fire and Ice Experience, which includes three specialty drinks and experiences inside of the chilly ice lounge and hidden speakeasy.
Guests will begin the experience inside Minus5º ICEBAR, where they will be surrounded by more than 90 tons of ice. Visitors will receive a faux fur coat and gloves to stay warm as well as a boozy hot chocolate crafted with their choice of Bailey’s Irish Cream, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, Kahlúa, Rumple Minze or Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey. Guests may also choose from a menu of toppings such as peppermint candy, marshmallows or Reese’s peanut butter cups.
In addition, visitors can explore the interactive ice sculptures inside of the lounge, try the scavenger hunt or scan QR codes to learn how the bar was built. To round out the experience at Minus5º ICEBAR, each guest will receive a digital souvenir photo.
Next, guests will visit 1923 Prohibition Bar located next to the ice lounge to enjoy warmer temperatures and one of three hand-crafted specialty cocktails inspired by the Dutton family from “1923,” the prequel series to “Yellowstone.” Drinks with the Duttons include the Revolver, made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, coffee liqueur and orange bitters; the Gold Rush crafted with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, fresh lemon juice and honey; and the Yellowstone Negroni featuring The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, Lillet Blanc and Aperitivo Nonino. Each visitor will also be gifted with a 1923 souvenir flask.
Lastly, guests will round out the fire and ice experience at the grab-n-go daiquiri bar located in front of Minus5º ICEBAR. Each visitor will receive one Super Daiquiri made with indulgent, over-the-top ingredients and garnishes. Among the new Super Daiquiri flavors is the Angry Mango, a concoction that blends tempting elements of fire and ice in a cup. The libation is crafted with a mango and watermelon daiquiri base, tequila and a Chamoy tajin rim topped with candied chili mangos.
“Our Fire and Ice Experience allows guests to explore the best of both bars in one action-packed experience,” said Noel Bowman, owner, Minus5º ICEBAR and 1923 Prohibition Bar. “The package makes for a memorable Las Vegas Strip experience visitors will cherish for years.”
The Fire and Ice Experience is available for $95 for guests 21 years or older and may be purchased here.
