Clique Hospitality has announced September events at Borracha Mexican Cantina and Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino. From the start of football season, to a Mexican Independence Day fiesta and hands-on pasta-making workshop, there’s something for everyone to enjoy before the end of summer.
Borracha Mexican Cantina

Monday through Thursday: 4 – 10 p.m.

Bringing flavorful Mexican cuisine and cocktails together at Green Valley Ranch, Borracha Mexican Cantina presents a Dia de los Muertos-inspired setting for a menu of flavorful Baja and traditional Mexican cuisine. The menu is highlighted by an array of oversized burritos, including an overstuffed carne asada burrito; classic Mexican plates, including slow-roasted pork carnitas; and a variety of traditional tacos, fajitas, bowls and more. - Mexican Independence Day: Tuesday, Sept. 16
- Borracha will celebrate Mexican Independence Day with an all-you-can-eat fiesta, featuring endless tacos, tequila and margaritas for $32. A live mariachi band will set the tone from 6 to 8 p.m., followed by an energetic set from DJ Skye from 8 to 10 p.m. Surrounded by the vibrant, Día de los Muertos–inspired décor, guests can raise a glass and enjoy festive flavors paired with lively cantina vibes.

- Happy Hour: Monday through Friday, 4 – 6 p.m.
- Borracha spices up the week with $8 bites, including carne asada sliders, chicken nachos, empanadas, street tacos made with guests’ choice of achiote chicken or carne asada steak. $9 drink specials including house margaritas, house wine and well cocktails.
- Tacos & Tequila Tuesdays:
- Every Tuesday night at Borracha brings the fiesta with an all-you-can-eat feast, priced at $32. Guests can savor unlimited tacos, tequila and margaritas, all within Borracha’s festive, Día de los Muertos-inspired cantina.
- Más Vida Fridays:
- Every Friday, Borracha heats up the weekend with half-off select appetizers, such as bubbling cheese fundido, dynamite shrimp tacos and beef empanadas, along with $7 house drinks and shots. A live DJ will keep the party going with upbeat music, offering an exciting way to celebrate the end of the week.
- Saturday and Sunday Bottomless Brunch: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Every Saturday and Sunday, guests can sip their way through $25 bottomless mimosas and micheladas while enjoying a Mexican-inspired brunch menu.
- College Football Saturdays
- Every Saturday, Borracha will welcome fans with $21 bottomless margaritas or endless pitchers, creating a lively backdrop for every kickoff and touchdown.
- Silver and Black Sundays
- Sundays are dedicated to Vegas football at Borracha. During all away games, guests will have the chance to win two tickets to the following home game, while complimentary shots will be poured for every Vegas touchdown.
- Monday Night Football
- On Mondays, Borracha will keep the game day spirit alive with $8 nachos topped with jalapeño cheese sauce, pico de gallo, arbol salsa, sour cream, pickled red onion and jalapeños. Guests can add chicken for an additional $4, or steak for $6. To pair with the nachos, Borracha will also be mixing up bottomless margaritas, priced at $21.

- Pasta Making Workshop: Wednesday, Sept. 17
- Bottiglia is inviting guests to roll up their sleeves and dive into the art of pasta-making during a special culinary experience at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17. Priced at $75 per person and led by Executive Chef Michael Gucfa, the experience will include a thoughtfully prepared lunch featuring the handmade creations, complemented by expertly paired wines. - La Dolce Vita: Friday, Sept. 26
- From 6 to 9 p.m. on the last Friday of each month, Bottiglia hosts La Dolce Vita, featuring a specialty menu of Italian cocktails and dinner selections, complemented by live Italian-inspired music. September’s event will feature the soulful sounds of Italian singers Antonio Murro & Madelin Alonso.
